And I'm not looking to make money on this one, but to preserve history of the old days when people knew how to learn to use machines and accessories. I really like to find someone to buy this. I'm planning to make those replacements, also. The only things really missing are the shaft lock brackets and the extra stylus. Had to make two shelf brackets to replace the two missing original ones. ![]() I cleaned off the old gunks on the shaft and the yoke assembly, so they now move freely. Many different 1/4-20 bolts and nuts were used, so I replaced all of them with a same type set. Four days ago, I decided to completely go over it. One board was good enough to make plywood copies. The shelf boards were made out of MDF and were damaged by exposures to wet weather. Fortunately I got the manual from Sears a month later for $10. It is missing the plastic cap on the end that goes over the piping and says Sears Router Carver, - but this also is not essential to use, it is purely cosmetic.Got this in a yard sale 14 yrs ago for $10. Also the Tension Spring is not the original, it has been replaced with a new similar one. Although the crank handle is not in some of the pictures, it does come with it, it was just misplaced when we were taking pictures of the tool. The router in the picture with the sawhorse does not come with the Sears Router Carver Lathe. Has some screw holes in the piping (as shown in pics) - Will not affect use, it is from being mounted on a sawhorse like you see above. Please visit /how_8742102_use-router-crafter-model-72025250.html for more information on this tool. While not new, it is in very good working condition. It comes fully assembled and includes all parts you see in the attached photographs. Sears tools of this vintage are also valued by woodworkers because unlike the current generation of tools you will find in stores, it is considered to be of a higher quality. This tool is prized by woodworkers everywhere and since Sears has not sold this tool for several years, it would be a valued addition to your workshop. Add your router and wood stock and you will be producing many different quality items for years to come. This tool will turn your router into a wood lathe.
